4. Server Rules and Conduct

While using FrostedSMP services, you agree to:

• Not spam, advertise, or promote other servers/services
• Not grief, steal, or destroy other players' builds in protected areas

• Follow all instructions given by staff members
• Not attempt to exploit bugs - report them instead

5. Purchases and Donations

Any purchases or donations made to FrostedSMP:

• Are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Grant in-game perks or cosmetics only, not ownership of any assets
• May be revoked if you violate these Terms of Service
• Do not guarantee permanent availability of purchased items

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FrostedSMP, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of FrostedSMP or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. FrostedSMP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content on our forums, Discord, or in-game:

• You grant FrostedSMP a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to share such content
• You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FrostedSMP services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of server rules
• Harmful behavior towards the community
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrostedSMP services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Preservation of in-game data or progress
• Security of your data against all threats
• Compatibility with all systems or configurations

10. Limitation of Liability

FrostedSMP and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
